What is the art of dowsing?

Dowsing is a psychic practice of finding answers to questions using instruments or physical body parts. Instruments like pendulums, Y shaped metal rods, Y shaped branches/twigs, Shaped metal rods and vibrating arms/hands have been used for centuries for the methodology. Finding ground water or locating objects are some common objectives achieved by Dowsing. In India some village farmers have used coconuts to find underground water sources since ancient times.

Learning and Propagation

Dowsing has been considered a Mystic skill. However over the years it has been realised that Dowsing skills can be learnt and improved with practice. The association has been formed with the efforts of Dr. Savita Sharma and Dr. N K Sahrma, founders of Reiki Healing Foundation®, pioneers in mass education of mystic practices.

The goal of the association to

Create Awareness about the practice of Dowsing.

A forum for periodic meetings of those adapting the practice.

Support Govt and Private organisations with Dowsing practice.

Promote new methods and practices of Dowsing.

Recognise individuals and organisations excelling in Dowsing practice.

Educate and Improve skills of Dowsing practitioners.

Collaborative knowledge sharing in the field of Dowsing.

Create and further publish standardised Dowsing learning methodology.
